Our support to franchisees:

• Customer seminars
• Free Training to dealers and sales team
• Sharing advertisement costs
• Sharing promotional expenses

Infrastructure commitments from franchisees:

• Carpet Area – Minimum 300 Sq.ft
• Accessible location
• Two Computers with latest configuration
• Dedicated Leased line/Broad band/VSAT
• One Dealer
• One Admin staff / Marketing

Financial commitments from franchisees:

• Terminal License fee –Rs.25000/-( refundable after depreciation)
• Security Deposit – Rs.25000/-(refundable)
• Deposit for VSAT(Optional) – Rs.100000/-( refundable only after three years)
• Sufficient financial backup to meet out the working capital

Revenue Sharing:

• Brokerage fixed on case to case basis
• 50% – 50% Brokerage sharing at the initial stage
• Franchisee: Company share in brokerage 60% – 40% for 100Cr to 120Cr monthly turnover
• Franchisee: Company share in brokerage 65% – 35% for 120Cr to 150Cr monthly turnover
• Franchisee: Company share in brokerage 70% – 30% for 150Cr to 200Cr monthly turnover
• Above 200Cr – Decision will be taken from the board

All the terms & conditions will be based on the Laws & Bye Laws of the MCX Exchange. Copy of Franchisee Agreement can be provided on request.
